Mr. Bernabo has been a top server in various fine dining restaurants. One of his career highlights include going into management with Truluck’s Seafood Steak & Crab House, where he was able to take more of a leadership role and help operations run smoothly each day. Another favorite career experience of his was being recruited by Omni Hotels, a Dallas-based luxury hotel company providing top-notch hotels and resorts throughout North America. In both of these experiences, Mr. Bernabo had great profit and loss numbers in management. In addition to maintaining current levels of quality, he exceeded sales projections for both companies.
Outside of his professional career, Mr. Bernabo has various hobbies and interests. He enjoys various outdoor activities, such as kayaking and fishing. He also enjoys cooking and trying out new restaurants and bars. Finally, Mr. Bernabo enjoys volunteering. He has volunteered at various organizations, including a big cat sanctuary, a home for Alzheimer’s patients, two different AIDS Hospices, and a food kitchen.
